Creating new colors which can not be purchase from market. Combining two balloons together, one colored balloon inside a different colored balloon to create custom colors. Custom balloons creates unique colors and will really make your balloon garland stand out.
Price is based on colours and length (three colours available on the listing price, 1 colour can be a chrome balloon)
